Visibility doesn’t just happen — it’s built with intention.

During my session on visibility, I saw once again how many talented professionals rely on others to notice their good work.
They deliver. They care. But they stay invisible.
Visibility isn’t luck, and it’s not self-promotion either.
It’s the ability to connect what you do to what matters for others — to make your value easy to understand and hard to forget.
As I shared during the session, Harvey Coleman’s PIE model explains why this happens so often.
Your success depends on three factors:
🔹 Performance – what you deliver
🔹 Image – how you’re perceived
🔹 Exposure – who knows your work
Most professionals focus almost entirely on performance, and hope the rest will follow. But visibility doesn’t reward effort — it rewards awareness.
You don’t need to “play politics.”
You need to make your contribution visible in ways that feel authentic.
