From Invisible to Indispensable

Key stakeholders rarely saw her contributions, and she was passed over for high-visibility projects. We started small:
Speaking up once in each meeting to link her work to business priorities.
Sending short, monthly updates to sponsors.
Proactively offering solutions, not just status reports.
Within three months, she was leading a flagship initiative — not because her skills had changed, but because her visibility had.
Hard work is essential. But if no one sees it, it will not move you forward. Being visible turns effort into opportunity.
