Yesterday we worked with the trust equation.It always creates strong reactions because people suddenly see what is working — and what is missing.
Trust grows when:
people believe your words
you do what you say
they feel safe talking to you
your focus is on the team, not on yourself
The biggest killer of trust is when people feel you have your own agenda.
