The Impostor Feeling Never Fully Goes Away

I still remember one of my early corporate workshops.

Facilitating a group of experienced leaders…

My inner voice whispered:

“Who are you to coach them?”

That little impostor voice never fully disappears.

But I’ve learned something:

It often shows up right before we grow.

Right before a breakthrough.

Right before we’re about to do something that stretches us.

So now, when it whispers, I pause.

I breathe.

And I step forward anyway.

Because growth isn’t about never doubting—it’s about not letting the doubt stop you.

When did you last do something you weren’t sure you were ready for?
