You’re not sprinting. You’re running a marathon.
In our leadership session, we asked: How full is your balloon?
The balloon was a metaphor for resilience—and some were barely inflated.
Leaders are often running on empty, but hiding it well. So we worked on building resilience recipes: small, practical habits that recharge us.
For example:
Walking at lunch
Reflecting on values
Naming stress triggers before they escalate
Because you can’t lead others if your own tank is dry.
What’s one small thing that helps you refill?
