The Only Way to Accept Feedback

When someone gives you feedback, you have one job:
Receive it without resistance.
That means:
❌ No defending
❌ No justifying
❌ No “Yes, but…”
Instead:
✅ Say thank you
✅ Ask a clarifying question
✅ Reflect later—privately
Why?
Because feedback is a gift.
Not always comfortable. Not always perfect.
But always valuable—if you’re curious enough to explore it.
When you stop reacting and start investigating, you turn critique into insight.
What’s one piece of feedback you haven’t fully explored yet?
