🌟 Educational Series Part 1: What You Love Doing

Are you feeling stuck in your career and unsure of your next move? Identifying what you love doing is a crucial first step in finding a fulfilling and purpose-driven career. Welcome to Part 1 of our educational series on "Mastering the Art of Career Change."

🔑 Key Strategies for Identifying What You Love Doing:

1. Reflect on Your Best life experiences:

Take time to think about the activities and pursuits that brought you joy and made you lose track of time. Ask yourself:

-What hobbies or interests have I consistently enjoyed over the years?

-What activities make me feel energized and fulfilled?

-What period of my life brought me happiness?

2. Journaling Exercise:

Write about a day when you felt most fulfilled and engaged. Describe what you were doing, who you were with, and why it was fulfilling. This can help you uncover patterns and themes related to your passions.

3. Passion Inventory:

Create a list of 5-10 activities you love doing. For each activity, write a few sentences about why you love it and how it makes you feel. This helps you articulate your passions and understand their importance in your life.
