This workshop explores the key ingredients of high-performing teams, with a strong focus on communication, trust, and clarity. Participants will experience first-hand how to foster a positive team environment, build alignment, and boost collaboration—skills they can immediately apply in their Toastmasters clubs.

We’ll alternate between brief theory inputs and practical, scenario-based exercises in small teams, with collective debriefs to share insights. Expect a dynamic, reflective, and hands-on session that will leave you with concrete tools to bring your officer team to the next level.
